This 45 minute refresh is designed to quickly bring you back into a sense of peace and calm from the busy'ness of life. ​Drawing onnearly 15 years of intuition and holistic expertise, my unique signature session is entirely bespoke to what you need today. Whether you are battling burnout, physical tension, or emotional exhaustion, I create a unique fusion of therapies just for you. ​Your experience includes: ​Premium Aromatherapy: A custom blend of the purest essential oils, mixed specifically for your emotional and physical needs. ​Bespoke Body & Energy Work: A fluid combination of Reiki, Reflexology, and gentle touch therapy to release deep-seated tension and stuck energy. ​Beginning the session with a grounding meditation as you lay on my warmed massage table wrapped in a big fluffy dressing gown, as you come out of the 'noise' and come back to the calm and peace within. All backed by science! If you are feeling mentally exhausted or 'always on,' this session helps to quiet the noise and reset your nervous system. I focus on deep relaxation to clear mental fog, allowing you to return to your work and life with renewed clarity and energy.
