The Journey to Renewal

For a long time, I walked my own path of feeling "not quite good enough." I was incredibly over-sensitive, often feeling the anguish and sadness or stress of people, and the world around me. I tried to do what others said I should do, but I never felt comfortable inside those limiting 'boxes'.

​

It took me time to realise that my sensitivity wasn’t a weakness—it was my greatest gift.

​

My superpower isn't ignoring the difficult times; it is seeing the lightness, happiness, and joy in amongst the clouds.

​

Now, at 60 years young, I live by my own compass. I created this business nearly 15 years ago, as a Life Coach, because I wanted to become the person I desperately needed back in my 30's.

​

I needed someone with a sunny personality who wouldn't judge me. I needed someone to offer me easy, everyday tools to cope with life. I needed someone to help me part the clouds and see the blue sky again.
